Epson offers a variety of Epson Preferred Plus Protection Plans that will allow you to continue receiving Epson's high level of service and support after your normal warranty period has ended. With the purchase of this Epson Preferred Plus Protection Plan for your product, you'll continue to have access to Epson's high level of service and support, including access to our toll-free priority technical support line. At its discretion, Epson Australia will either repair or replace your Product. To make a claim under this Warranty, you must: First call Epson Australia's Contact Centre on 1300 361 054 to notify them of your claim; Return the Product in its original packaging (or suitable alternative) to a Service Agent, as arranged with the Contact Centre; and Provide a copy of your purchase receipt, or other reasonable evidence of your Purchase Date to show that this Warranty applies to your Product at the date of your claim. You will be responsible for the delivery of your Product to and its collection from the Service Agent. Warranty Exclusions This Warranty will not apply if during the warranty period: a.A Product's serial number or any rating label is removed or changed in any way; b.A Product is worked on by anyone other than by a Service Agent; c.You do not use a Product according to the technical or operating environment guidelines recommended in its user guide or manual; d.A component part in your Product, (including but without limitation the waste pads), reaches the end of its service life; or e.A Product's malfunction or failure to perform according to Epson Australia’s specifications results from: 1.deliberate or accidental damage; 2.neglect or modification; or 3.incorrect voltage or a power surge. Non-Genuine Items If you use non-Genuine Consumables, software, replacement parts or accessories, in or with your Product, you may damage the Product and may invalidate this warranty.
