TopazReal HD
TopazReal HD brings together a team of technologies including a variable iris and lamp reactivity, real-focus HD lens system, and, most importantly, a 3D color management system that addresses changes in color phase and color level to obtain perfect color changes in color phase and color level to obtain perfect color reproduction.
The PLV-Z4000 uses 120Hz super-fast Full HD panel, which can increase smoothness in videos due to doubled frame rate from 60 frames/second to 120 frames/second using interpolation frame generation technology. The optimization of deep color from the color management system is supported via the projector’s two HDMI 1.3 inputs.
Full High Definition Projection
The PLV-Z4000 offers a combination of 1080p LCD panels running at up to 120Hz with frame interpolation technology that enables the PLV-Z4000 to refresh video twice as often as a standard Home Cinema projector ensuring even the fastest moving scenes are ultra smooth. The PLV-Z4000 also benefits from dynamic iris and lamp control technologies allowing the projector to achieve a stunning contrast level of 65,000:1.
Dual HDMI and component inputs enable projection from a variety of HD sources. The PLV-Z4000 has horizontal and vertical lens shift as well as a wide ranging zoom lens to simplify set up and positioning of the projector while maintaining optimal image quality.
Lens Maximisation of Image Detail
Rated at 1200 lumens, the PLV-Z4000 is capable of an incredible 65,000 : 1 contrast ratio for superlative black levels, even in ambient light, it has a newly-developed, high-efficiency lens that maximizes image details for exceptional optical performance.
Advanced Lens Shift for Varying Room Environments
The PLV-Z4000 is outfitted with the industry’s most advanced lens shifting function. When coupled with the projector’s short throw capability and 2x zoom, the PLV-Z4000 can create a large screen image in any size room and from virtually any location. The lens shifting function allows wide-range shifting up or down to three screen sizes and left to right to two screen sizes. The throw design of the PLV-Z4000, which is capable of projecting a 100-inch diagonal image from 10 to 20 feet away, makes it extremely suitable for small to mid-size home theaters.
Virtually Silent Fan Design
To promote greater enjoyment of the film and to reduce noise levels during quiet passages of a film, the PLV-Z4000 is equipped with a very quiet fan - a large aperture, low noise Sirocco cooling fan that never rises above 19dB in economy mode.
Eco-Friendly Power Consumption
Sanyo innovations are not only limited to new performance technology, but also to enhancing the environmental credentials of their excellent projectors. By redesigning the electrical circuit, Sanyo achieves a significantly eco-friendly projector. PLV-Z4000 minimizes power consumption in standby mode, and once you set-up eco-standby mode this, this projector requires just 0.3W power consumption.
